Belt Walks

This is where I will post my belt walk data taken from itreadmill app for iphone. I work at a power station and this gives me the chance to walk the length of the conveyors which have some very steep gradients and incorporates the stairs of the main building to the roof, it can take almost an hour with a total height gain of 713 ft so it’s a fine old workout on it’s own.

It all helps to shift those pounds.

TOTAL  ACCUMULATIVE  STATS:

Step count:  86268 (Goal: 100,000 steps)

Time : 15:35 ( Goal: 24 hours)

Distance: 36.9miles (Goal: Marathon, 26 miles 385 yrds)  *ACHIEVED*

Height Gain: 15951 ft (Goal, top of Everest,   29,020 ft)
